Re: Arborist Report Regarding the Emergency Removal of a Fallen Spruce Tree at 3282 W. 26th Avenue.
I just wanted to reach out to you this morning after reading the arborist report by Joey. This arborist report is about as informative as it gets and well done. I really appreciate the use of scientific terminology found throughout this report. I only receive a handful of reports of this calibre.

We are a mid-rise residential condominium building in Kerrisdale and we use Arbutus Tree to trim our trees. We have a lot of trees on our property, and this year, they did an exceptional job on a set of trees overlooking the alley much exposed to wind, which were starting to have crossed over branches. It was a big job and took longer than they anticipated, but they did the work cheerfully and did not charge more. They have lifts on trucks so they can get to higher branches, and a crew worker who was skilled with ropes in getting around to difficult to reach branches.

Excellent service! My ten tall pines are in great shape after the heavy pruning they needed. Thanks to Norm for a reasonable quote, sharing his knowledge and adding on work that my neighbors wanted. The aerial team, Dylan and Samuel, and Maxim and Cooper were so skilled that a neighbor pulled up a chair to watch from the road in front!

We have used Arbutus before and will again. They did a great job of lifting the canopy of a big maple by our house. They cleaned up beautifully and the guys were super courteous and pleasant.

Norm is a true professional with an abundance of knowledge about hedges, trees and power lines. The guys that came to do the actual trimming and cutting were also very polite, professional and did great work in a timely manner. (This was the 2nd time I used their service).

Last April Arbutus Tree Service trimmed one of my cedar hedges, removed another and also ground out the roots. They returned this fall to recommend treatment for my blighty lilacs. Great job. All good people. See you in the spring!
